I knew it was a less than favorable climate for selling my 40-year-old house, with late summer and an election going on. However, I had a couple of good points about it too: a low interest assumable and it was newly remodeled. A couple of people I knew looked at comps in the area that had sold for less than what I thought they should. When Clint's name and company were presented to me, I felt confident he would be the one to sell it, based on his military connections and how he presented himself with confidence.

I told Clinton the selling price I wanted to come close to. He was extremely diligent about setting up the first open house, which was proceeded by a couple of weeks with lots of walk-throughs. Quite to my surprise, the first buyers submitted an offer in a short time. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but Clint had secured backup buyers and they were the ones who purchased my house. I had taken good care of my house, but unbeknown to me there was a plumbing issue that had to be repaired and thereby I did not quite meet my desired profit from the sale.

Two weeks before the house closed, I moved across the country feeling comfortable and trusting that Clint would look after things. He kept in close touch, responded quickly when I had questions, and was very helpful when unexpected arrangements had to be made. Impressively, my house sold and closed exactly 2 months from the date of that first open house and at an extremely good price. The buyers got an extremely good deal too which leaves things on a beautiful note. Clint is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend him.
